July 1982


Nippon Chemicals Sales Co., Ltd. established Ken International Trader Inc. to trade in alcohol drinks
and foods etc.

 

September 1994


Nippon Chemicals Sales Co., Ltd. acquired Royal of Japan, Ltd. an exporter of Japanese foods & related
products since 1969.

A new "Royal of Japan, Ltd.",was formed by merging the wine department of Ken International Trader Inc., and the Japanese foods export department of Nippon Chemicals Sales Co.,Ltd..
